Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lansum International Corp. (“Lansum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning iMaster (投资大师), including imaster.lansum.com, its progressive web app, APIs made available to users, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or connecting an investment account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Investment Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and permitted to use the Service under applicable law. The Service is not offered where its use would violate law or require Lansum to provide a regulated service it does not provide. You may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable trade sanctions or are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
What iMaster provides
iMaster is a personal investment intelligence, information organization, research, and portfolio-analysis service. Depending on configuration and availability, the Service may display public market information and allow users to aggregate authorized account balances, holdings, orders, and transaction history; calculate portfolio and performance metrics; maintain watchlists and preferences; and receive research, risk, market, or AI-assisted explanations.
Features, supported institutions, data freshness, provider coverage, and availability vary. We may label information as delayed, estimated, incomplete, simulated, cached, or unavailable.
No brokerage, custody, advisory, or fiduciary service
Lansum and iMaster are not a bank, broker-dealer, securities exchange, custodian, asset manager, registered investment adviser, tax adviser, or law firm. The Service does not hold money or securities and does not execute, modify, route, or cancel trades.
Content and analytics are provided for general informational, research, and educational purposes. They are not individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice; an offer or solicitation to buy or sell; a recommendation to enter any transaction; or a promise of results. Use of account information to organize or contextualize content does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship.
Accounts and authentication
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Authentication, passwords, passkeys, external login methods, and account recovery may be managed by Lansum Auth under its applicable terms.
- You are responsible for your devices, login credentials, and all activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of law or these Terms.
- Do not share authentication credentials or allow another person to connect an account they do not own or control.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access and sign out before leaving a shared device.
- We may require renewed authentication, connection authorization, or identity verification to protect the Service.
Brokerage connections and user authorization
If you connect a brokerage or financial account, you expressly direct us and the applicable connectivity provider to access and process the account information you authorize for the purpose of providing the Service. Current iMaster brokerage connections are intended to be read-only.
- You represent that you are the account owner or otherwise have lawful authority to connect and access the account.
- A connection may be provided by SnapTrade, Plaid, Webull, a financial institution, or another provider and is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy notice.
- You may revoke or delete a connection through available settings. Revocation stops future access but may not automatically delete previously synchronized history; see the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for reviewing connection permissions and institution notices before authorizing access.
- We may suspend synchronization when a connection is disabled, stale, insecure, unauthorized, or no longer supported.
Market, brokerage, and third-party data
Prices, quotes, balances, cost basis, orders, transactions, news, filings, analyst information, and other third-party data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable. Brokerage records and official confirmations control over iMaster displays. You must verify important information directly with the relevant brokerage, issuer, exchange, regulator, or source before acting.
Market and licensed data may be used only for your personal use within the Service unless the applicable provider expressly permits otherwise. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, publish, or create a competing data product from restricted data.
AI, models, predictions, and simulations
The Service may use automated models and generative AI to summarize information, classify news, identify possible relationships, produce directional labels, explain portfolio context, or create hypothetical scenarios. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances. A score, “bullish” or “bearish” label, opportunity, risk alert, research candidate, simulated weight, fair-value estimate, or scenario is not a trade instruction or guarantee.
You must exercise independent judgment and should consult appropriately licensed professionals where needed. Do not rely on an AI or model output as the sole basis for an investment, tax, legal, or financial decision. See the Investment Risk Disclosure for additional terms.
Your responsibilities
- Review data quality, timestamps, source information, assumptions, and limitations before relying on a display.
- Make investment decisions independently and accept the risks of your accounts, strategies, taxes, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate risk preferences and account selections when using portfolio analytics.
- Comply with brokerage agreements, market-data licenses, securities laws, tax obligations, and all other applicable requirements.
- Use reasonable security and do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full account numbers, or government IDs through ordinary support channels.
Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help another person to:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or infringement;
- access another person’s account or data without authorization, impersonate another person, or misrepresent authority;
- probe, scan, attack, overload, interfere with, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, security, access controls, or provider restrictions;
- introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or use bots or scraping tools except through a written agreement or documented interface we authorize;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, nonpublic data, or trade secrets, except where a non-waivable law permits it;
- copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or restricted third-party content without written permission;
- represent iMaster content as a guaranteed result, licensed professional opinion, or endorsement by a brokerage, regulator, or data provider.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of information and content you submit, such as watchlist notes, preferences, feedback, and manual records. You grant Lansum a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, comply with law, and carry out your instructions.
You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to provide the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Lansum and third-party rights
The Service, including its software, design, compilation, documentation, branding, and original content, is owned by Lansum or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Display of an institution or provider does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Fees and paid features
Some features may be offered without charge, as a trial, or for a fee. Before a paid purchase, we will disclose the price, billing interval, material restrictions, and any applicable cancellation terms. Additional order-form or subscription terms presented at purchase become part of these Terms. Taxes and third-party charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We will not impose a recurring consumer charge without the authorization and disclosures required by applicable law. If no paid checkout is presented, this section does not itself create a payment obligation.
Changes, availability, and beta features
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, supported institutions, data sources, or limits. We will provide notice when required by law or when a change materially reduces a paid commitment. Maintenance, provider outages, market closures, security events, and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt the Service.
Beta, preview, experimental, and development features may be changed or withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable. Do not use them for time-sensitive or critical decisions.
Privacy and electronic communications
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You consent to receive service, security, legal, connection-status, and account communications electronically. Where optional marketing or notification consent is required, we will request it separately, and you may withdraw it using available controls.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, DATA, MODELS, INTEGRATIONS, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LANSUM DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA OR OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A DECISION; THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT AN INTEGRATION, BROKERAGE, DATA SOURCE, OR AI PROVIDER WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANSUM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LANSUM FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US $100.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain statutory consumer rights. The limitations apply to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lansum and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Lansum’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect supported brokerage connections at any time. You may request account or personal-information deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected misconduct, comply with law or provider requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, risk allocation, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued obligations—will survive.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, you and Lansum agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief to the contact address below. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue available remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law permits or requires another forum, the state courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to venue there.
No waiver of mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
General terms
These Terms and documents expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service unless separate written terms apply. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product reasons. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, Lansum Auth will require you to review and explicitly accept the new version before iMaster issues or renews application access. Non-material corrections may be communicated without a new acceptance where permitted by law.
